Our People
Ashley Brown
Principal
Ashley Brown is known as one of Atlanta’s most recognizable and seasoned leasing specialists. She began her career almost twenty years ago working on the landlord side representing a myriad of property owners in virtually all facets of the marketing and leasing process. In the early part of 2018, Ashley transitioned full time into tenant representation, and founded Prime South Partners in 2019.
Throughout her career, Ashley has initiated and negotiated more than five hundred lease transactions which total more than three million sq. ft. and generated 150 million in added value. As a landlord representative, she established long term relationships with many national and local tenants, and continues to represent them today.
Prior to Prime South Partners, Ashley was Director of Tenant Representation for Franklin Street. She also served as Director of Leasing for Madison Retail, as Vice President of Leasing for Candler Development Company and as a Leasing Representative for Faison Enterprises.
Ashley earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Georgia. She is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Georgia and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
